As and added plus, these are gluten free, dairy free, low carb (so great for keto), vegan, and you can refrigerate them for a time so they last longer and and make a big batch in bulk.
VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE ENERGY BALLS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
LET’S GET COOKING
Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and mix until everything is well combined and chopped to small pieces.
Using your hands, form 10 balls about the size of a walnut. Place them in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour so that they become more solid.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
